A great video about the benefits of Community Acupuncture. Maybe the best line is 'Who should get acupuncture? Everyone should get acupuncture!' We are all good at coming up with ways to avoid feeling better, improving how we live. One of the excuses I hear most often for people not having a course of treatment is the expense. That's why I offer a community acupuncture service. A course of 6-10 treatments will produce terrific improvements in chronic health problems from headache to back pain to insomnia. People can avail of this service for €30. There is no need to undress, no need to talk to the person beside you (but you can if you like!) no need to commit to treatment. If you decide after the first needle goes in that you don't want anymore, that's no problem. I'll take it out and make you some tea.
